Lake Cities Montessori is an infant care, preschool, kindergarten and early elementary school in Garland, TX. As parents, we all strive to create a strong foundation for our children which will not only challenge them academically, but nurture them to be strong, self-confident individuals in the future. We at Lake Cities Montessori School believe that this environment can be achieved in a Montessori-centered academy with experienced educators dedicated to the growth and development of our children!

Our Founders
Dr. Masi Adibi is a committed Montessorian who has taught at higher education institutions in a multitude of disciplines for over thirty years. He has also held management positions in educational institutions as well as the private sector. Dr. Adibi received his doctorate in the field of Environmental Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 1992. After retiring as a university professor, he decided to devote the remainder of his career to his passion for Montessori education.
Dr. Adibi became certified as a Montessori teacher for elementary level (CME) at Albenesi Educational Center for Montessori teacher training and also successfully completed the Administration of Children's Program curriculum at Brookhaven College. Since then he has worked as a Montessori teacher and has had experience as an Assistant Administration Director from 2002. He has also assisted in curriculum development at the Albenesi Educational Center, which is one of a few nationwide Montessori teacher training centers. He served as a Montessori director at a Montessori schools in Plano before deciding to start his own Montessori school in Garland.
Mary Amin's interest in the field of Montessori education has a deep root. An interest that goes back more than 20 years. In fact, she so much believes in the system that she educated her own sons using the Montessori methods. Mary holds a Bachelors degree in accounting, with over 15 years of experience in financial administration before becoming a Montessori teacher. She has her Montessori Certification for pre-schoolers through kindergarten from the American Montessori Society (A.M.S). Even while working as a financial affairs accountant, she never stepped away from her teaching job. She sincerely enjoys working with young children as her passion which naturally made her a good mother, a dedicated Montessori teacher and an excellent employee. As a Montessori teacher she has a genuine interest in children and always advocates working with children to develop various aspects of life, utilizing a unique Montessori learning method.
She is very excited about the opportunity to meet each and every one of you as new parents.
